Our Mission to England

Please pray for Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan and Natalie VandenHurk. They have dedicated their lives to serve the Lord as missionaries. As their sending and home church, we are excited to announce that the Lord has laid it upon their hearts to go to the country of England to serve Him in church planting work. Please read their plans and testimonies and make this endeavor a matter of much prayer.

After finishing deputation, Jonathan and Natalie plan to work with another church in England for about a year or so before planting a new church nearby. The opportunities in England are great, and we know that God is always advancing, as Hudson Taylor once said. England is a place of growing international diversity (the Olympics are coming to London in 2012). It is also a place of great spiritual ignorance, where less than 4% of the people attend any type of church, and where many teenagers know little or nothing about Jesus Christ. We are excited about what the Lord will do.
